Therapy Services

If you're here, something is making life feel harder than it should. You don't have to keep carrying that alone.
I'm an integrative psychotherapist based in
Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, offering a safe, confidential space for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, perinatal challenges and more.
My approach offers talking therapy with creative processes — or we can work through words alone. What matters most is that we find the way that works for you.
How I work
I am an integrative psychotherapist, which means I don't work from a single fixed model. Instead, I draw on a range of approaches — psychodynamic, humanistic and relational — shaped by what you bring and what feels most useful to you.
Some people come wanting to talk. Others find that words alone don't quite reach what they're carrying. Where that's the case, we might bring in creative approaches — drawing, clay, sand tray, movement or other expressive methods — not because you need to be artistic, but because sometimes the hands and body know things the mind hasn't yet found language for.

Who I work with?
I work with adults facing a wide range of difficulties. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma or grief, navigating a significant life transition or burnout, experiencing low self-esteem, or looking for support around perinatal mental health and the challenges of early parenthood — you don't have to face it alone.
