Debi is an arts psychotherapist who has worked across NHS, Priory and community settings locally. Rob enables people and groups to access creativity for personal growth, both as a therapist, as well as designing and delivering therapeutic retreats, most recently as clinical lead at the School of Life. Together, we create grounded spaces for self-discovery through creativity and connection.
In this workshop we will experience
Making
Use art materials to explore a personal intention and access your inner creative resources. No artistic skill is needed, just curiosity and a willingness to play.
Connection
Through guided breadth, body awareness and creative visualisation, connect more deeply to your creative inner world of personal qualities that can resource, nourish and guide you on your journey for the year ahead.
Belonging
Join with others in collaborative creative work, shaping emerging possibilities together whilst connecting with like-minded people in your community.
