Debi is an arts psychotherapist who has worked across NHS, Priory and community settings locally. Rob brings a decade as CEO of The Counselling Foundation and currently works as Clinical Lead at The School of Life, managing their therapies team as well as designing and running therapeutic retreats. Together, we create grounded spaces for self-discovery through creativity and connection.

In this workshop we will experience

Use art materials to explore a personal intention and access your inner creative resources. No artistic skill is needed, just curiosity and a willingness to play.

Being

Through guided breath, body awareness and creative visualisation, connect more deeply with yourself and discover what supports you from within.
