Pre and Postnatal
Mental Health

Becoming a parent is one of life's most profound transitions. Alongside joy, it can bring anxiety, low mood, overwhelming feelings, or difficulty connecting with your baby. These experiences are more common than many people realise.

I offer specialist support for parents during pregnancy and during parenthood. Working from a trauma-informed, relational approach, I provide a safe space to explore what you're experiencing, at a pace that feels right for you.

Birth Debriefing

Processing your birth experience can be an important part of recovery and moving forward. I offer space to make sense of what happened and how it has affected you.

Father's Mental Health

Around 1 in 10 fathers experience postnatal depression, yet most services only support birthing parents. Partners deserve support too - whether you're experiencing anxiety, depression or carrying trauma from the birth.
