I offer specialist support for parents during pregnancy and during parenthood. Working from a trauma-informed, relational approach, I provide a safe space to explore what you're experiencing, at a pace that feels right for you.

Pregnancy Support
Pregnancy can bring complex emotions including anxiety, low mood or fears about birth and parenthood. I offer a safe space to explore these feelings and prepare emotionally for the transition ahead.

Birth Trauma
Birth trauma can leave lasting emotional impact, affecting your wellbeing and relationships. Through trauma-informed therapy, we can work together to process what happened and find a path towards healing.

Postpartum & Parenting
The early months and years of parenthood can feel overwhelming, isolating, or different from what you expected. Whether you're experiencing postnatal depression, anxiety, or struggling to connect with your baby, support is available.

Birth Debriefing
Processing your birth experience can be an important part of recovery and moving forward. I offer space to make sense of what happened and how it has affected you.

Father's Mental Health
Around 1 in 10 fathers experience postnatal depression, yet most services only support birthing parents. Partners deserve support too - whether you're experiencing anxiety, depression or carrying trauma from the birth.
